This program saved my neck. Incredible resume samples and features to help you put together a professional resume that looks like you hired someone to write it for you. The gadget lets you know when jobs are available that are in your field so you can apply right away. I was able to land a great job in my field and close to home.

This is an excellent product but it takes a LONG time to figure out how it works. I'm glad I bought it.

It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's not that bad. One of the problems you will encounter is not being able to completely format the document to Word. There are graphics that Word won't recognize in the transition. Another problem, is that the program doesn't make it simple to format parts of the resume. For example, the spacing isn't easy to adjust. Not sure why that is.
In all, the program is a good one. I would recommend.
 Beware: formating is very problematic when printing January 15, 2009

I bought this product in the hopes it would help me get a resume put together. It has been 17 years since I have written one. It actually did do a great job of this.
Unfortunately, when it came time to actually print the resume out, I ran into MANY problems. Almost every "style" that you can use as a template for your resume has formatting issues when printing. It looks fine on the screen (and even during print preview), but when printed on paper, the program drops words off the right margin, skips lines altogether or attempts to print one line right on top of another, or misaligns the icons. Adjusting the page margins on the page setup does not help at all.
I called in for support which is COMPLETELY useless - and boy, do I mean completely. The guy on the phone actually thought I was an idiot and I actually felt he didn't believe me when I told him what was happening. He supposedly printed out a canned resume he had using the style I told him was causing problems and of course it worked for him. He then gave me the rediculous advice to reinstall the program with my antivirus disabled. Sorry, that has nothing to do with it. I also tried sending in a written support request and never heard back.
I am very experienced when it comes to working with computers and printers, so I know when someone has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. I will go ahead and move my resume over to Word and continue working on it from there.
